[Users can publish via 3 methods

1. Through their web browser if their web browser supports file uploads.
2. Through email attachments by sending in email attachments to the automated email publisher.
3. Users may also edit & create files with the Internetdump Simple Online Editor.
   
   There are also interactive utilities to manage files in your area.

[Yes, WebTV users can use the Internetdump Simple Online editor to edit pages on the server. It is a very simple plain text editor and you must know the html tags you are enterering. There are tons of guides and books available on html syntax.
