Who isn't encouraged to join? That's easy. Please save everyone's time by not applying if your site showcases any of the following:

*Unoriginal, unattractive content (overabundance of 'drippy blood banners', etc.)

*Lack of content - if you have a site with little more on it than the "Nine Satanic Statements" or a list of your favorite heavy metal bands, it might be best to hold off on that application.

*Depressed, "woe is me" attitude - Everyone hits a slump every once in a while, but the rest of us don't want to be burdened with someone else's self-loathing.

*Stupidity.
