This organization with a legitimate sounding name is a pyramid selling scam. They "give free air tickets" for $20 which they imply is a "donation" but they are selling you a "cancer letter". The BBB have had complaints obviously that people do not recieve the ticket voucher, and the "ACAF" on their recruiting website claim that sellers will recieve 60c of every $1 they earn plus commission from anyone else they recruit, and makes clear that they are not a charity. They claim you can earn $30,000 per MONTH selling "cancer letters" in this way.

They also operate as "People Helping People" PHP

They encourages their sellers to operate in one of the following way:
1. internet marketing
2. telephone solicitation
3. door to door sales using - yes really - 14yr old children (see their website below for this one)
4. recruiting others to sell and pay commission - that's what "laurilee" is doing here - she's tyring to recruit you to sell and pay her commission.

see the following websites for very graphic details of the scheme:

Here's the BBB giving guide on this organizaiton:

They came to my attention from a suspicious sounding telephone solicitation.

Aren't pyramid schemes illegal??
